Rick Boldt has over twenty years experience in the systems engineering, embedded systems and real-time industries. Recently Mr. Boldt has been leading the product management team for modeling within IBM Rational defining strategy, positioning and product roadmaps for these products. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Boldt has systems specification, software development and hardware design experience in the automotive and aerospace / defense markets working with numerous companies including but not limited to Boeing, Bosch, British Aerospace, Chrysler, Daimler, EADS, General Dynamics, General Motors, Lockheed-Martin and Raytheon while working for Telelogic/I-Logix since 1994 in roles as a VP of Product Management, Senior
Director of Automotive Solutions an Engineer and a Consultant. Prior to joining Telelogic/I-Logix Mr. Boldt was a Design Engineer at Raytheon. Additionally, Mr. Boldt has presented at technical conference and has published articles in engineering magazines across the world on SysML, UML, AUTOSAR, Software Product Line Engineering and Hybrid (discrete /continuous) Systems Design.
